POPPING CHEF EPISODE 1 spicy deliciousness

My Grandmother Carmen's
Italian Carneguisa

1 onion sliced
1 Red,Green, Orange, Yellow sweet pepper sliced

2 pounds HOT AND SPICY Sausage
Cut into 1 inch cubes

1 box Penne Pasta

1 Pot hot water +2 Tbsp Olive oil
To boil
Add Pasta

1st Sauté Pan
Pre heat
1/2 cup of Olive oil
Add ALL Veggies

1 Tbsp black pepper
2 Tbsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Adobo (Red Cap)
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Stir till cooked

2nd Sauté Pan
Preheat
Add 1 cup of Olive oil
1/2 Cup of Water
3 Tbsp of Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp of Adobo
Directly to Pan
ADD ALL SAUSAGE
Sauté till Medium
Add 2 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp black pepper
1/2 cup of RED DEVIL Cayenne Pepper Sauce
Mix thoroughly
4 Tbsp DUCK SAUCE
1/2 Cup of Ketchup
Mix thoroughly for 3 minutes
2 Tbps of Parsley
Cook till Done

Cook pasta 10 minutes
Drain and Return to pot
Low heat
Add 1 cup of Milk
1/4 Stick of Butter
2 Tbsp Garlic powder
2 Tbsp Parsley
Add your favorite seasoning
THOROUGHLY MIX for 2 minutes
Reheat Veggies to hot

SERVE AND ENJOY!!
Simple and delicious
Overall cook time :20 minutes
